Since my tank burst and I sold everything else I have been running my old Jebo Nano with some liverock rubble and a couple different Macro Algaes...been running for almost 2 months now from when my original 6 foot got taken down.

Plan is maybe to keep some pipe fish or sea horses in there...but may move it all over to a TL-550 in the future but stick to the same theme.

    Here a couple of pics

Hate that backing to the tank...needs to be replaced with plain black abs sheeting. :)

Thanks...ya I have a problem...just keeping algae and copepods makes me happy. :p

Wheels are already turning in my mind about how to replicate this in a Boyu...but with an in tank DSB with Garden Eels and pipe fish and sea horses...if I setup a bigger tank its going to be something 360 degrees to anything I have ever done before. :)

Give it a couple months then we can talk... ;)

    thanks dude. :)

Ya those ponies are going to be the hard part...gotta be some somewhere out there.

Lol ya your "algae tank" was a real inspiration.

Ya that was my blueberry Gorgonian it died in the initial move to the new tank before it burst....so dried it out, and when I thought my seahorses were arriving stuck it in the tank for them to hold onto...but they never arrived.

No more coral tanks for me Z...over it...with this I can just leave it to do its own thing and not worry about suppliments, water changes, expensive equipment and lighting. :whistling:

I also prefer the bluestriped...mainly because they are smaller and the tank is rather tiny.

I had 2 of the banded in my 6ft...tried to see how they would fair in a mixed reef...but it wasnt very successful and they didnt last long...they were very cool to watch though.
