The bugger actually managed to jump out the tank. He was the smallest of a shoal of 4 which I bought in 1998, 2 lasted 3 years and one died from internal parasites 2 years ago, he was the last of the shoal.

That's a real shame, he was a monster size, those loaches are really stunning fish.

Yeah, I know everyone is on about SW but my one FW setup has been running about 12 years now.. I am trying to make the decision to get rid of it and go bigger on marine.. just can't do it yet, maybe next year. I know this is a reef website but we should be like WWM and some other sites where you have a teenie section where you can show off your FW tanks.. I know it is boring compared to marines but a passion is a passion I guess.
