I have been keeping freshwater tanks since I got a tank for my 12th birthday. Always wanting a reef tank, my wife bought me a 750l Aquaria for my 40th birthday. The tank was installed with an over under type ceramic filtration system that I want to convert to a small DSB refugium. I have been battling high NO3 and GHA but seem to be winning. My NO3 is down to <10.

I took them after the white lights had switched off tonight. Here is one from a few days ago with the whites on.

So dropbox was not the best place to host the photos, they disappear after a little while. Luckily I need to post an updated FTS. Trying Skydrive this time.

:welcometomasa2: nice birthday present. How long is your tank up and running. Like your variety of corals.

Thanks. It has been up since the end of August. I had a very rough start with lots of impatience and NO3 but it has settled down nicely now.

Thank you very much for the compliments. It has taken a lot of work to get it here but I am loving it.
