So I had a detached piece of mushroom in the tank, sliced it into 4 and placed it in to a bowl with substrate in the main tank covered with mesh..
I have heard of people blending the mushrooms then adding it to the tank or cutting a piece off a big mushroom.. they say it grew.
Some mushrooms don't have a long stalk so its difficult to make a clean cut..

Haha I was stressed now to wait and see if they catch... managed 6 small frags must just wait it out.
    Any one else frag experiences?

I find they can take ages to heal once cut, but as long as they not in high flow they regrow nicely.
