Set aside one FULL day to do this job.

I used big Coleman 48 coolers for the fish. I found that placing the LR in there with the fish, make them stress less. Just ensure the rock cannot move. Else you got fish sushi. Put airline with airstone in it, almost close the lid without cutting the air flow off. Put the coolers out of the way. Drain rest of the tank and do all the other things needed.

Other side, make sure about water temp. The cooler boxes will be warmer than the other water in normal containers or drums. Have at least 20% extra new already mixed SW available.

no only 20% new water, if you got more, good thing. But not more than 30%. Temperature issues will be enough to content with.

Do not put any container with fish, coral or livestock in the sun. Well while driving the 2 km is OK, do put a blanket over it while you are still loading or unloading. Get them into the shade as quick as possible.
