Hey guys! I know this is going to sound weird but does anyone have problems with moths running around inside their tanks? There flew a moth into my tank and now Its running around on my live rock. It comes up for oxygen but when I try and catch It It quickly runs down and hide. Hopefully It will die or something and I'll try and post some pics. I took the pics with my phone, so the quality is not gona be that good.

@vincentputter get me a nice closeup pic... Maybe the entomology student can figure out what that moth is doing and whether it is normal or if this is something strange and new...

Well...! This morning when I opened the tanks hood, the moth flew away. I did some research and It appears that some moths lay their eggs underwater. Who knew moths could do that! So... I asume that the moth had laid egg inside my tank and In a few days there is going to be little worm roaming my tank.

Some say that moths can't break the surface tension of water because of their water resistant coating. When they do break the surface tension then they are free to roam underwater.
