If its bleached in 2 days there is more wrong than lights and Nudi's whats are your parameters?
Also what and how did you acclimatise the monti
    How was it transported?
How long was it in transport.

That looks like physical damage. How was the frag transported?

In its own plastic zip lock bag full off water next to 6 other corals that was also in their own bags in a polestyrene box with news paper around and in between the plastic bags

Zip lock will not keep the "air" in and im sure the bags would have deflated if not total then to a "soft" bag. Issues here will be oxygen depletion and crushing also 24hrs is a long time and this weekend was cool so all these factors have filled parts of the monti.
Nothing you can do now, but wait and see how bad the damage is.

Did you acclimatise the coral and for how long and how, this could also be an issue

I did open the bags now and then and uswed a small glas to turn the water around and to make bubbles for ooxygen, also the corals was in a polestyrene incubator that have heating and was set to a stable temp when I got home I let each bag float in my tank and slowly add a bit off my tanks water in to the bag over a period of time, only time when the temp could drop was while I was traveling so not sure

Hi Pofmuis, in short the transport and handling/transporting method has hurt the Monti, hope your lights are strong enough and water quality good enough to allow the die of to stop and the regeneration to start.

    Never heard of this

I wrap the coral in a bag then place the wrapped coral in the transport bag inflate it fully and seal with a rubber band

LPS like frogspawn, hammer etc are often shipped upside down. Base gets attached to polystyrene. this ensures that coral is always underwater. Some petshops also do this with SPS.

    No with water lol

Yes hammers upside down but heads need to be cushioned with a bag wrapping some SPS also but they need to be wrapped for support or the banging side to side kills them
@459b he was asking if turning a SPS upside down will assist in regeneration of the damaged hence my reply that i had not heard of this.
