Mixing liverock

Hi,

Is it a bad idea to put different kinds of liverock in the same tank?

I have a Boyu TL550. I'm going to start with Kenya liverock, but I am thinking of adding some Fiji liverock as well.

To do or no to do? Please help with this question...

You can do it, no problem. A lot of guys has systems with mixed live rock. I feel that it is good to have diversity from different areas. So go empty your wallet

Nothing wrong with mixing. Can use the cheaper stuff for the base of your structure and then stack the prettier more expensive stuff where you'll see it.
