    Good day,
I'm looking for some mixed sea food which i can use to feed to my fish.
The problem is - some of the places like pick a pay have a little sticker on the sea food packages reading: "Maximum 20 percent protective glace"
Can I use mixed sea food with this "protective glace", or must i rather search for somewhere else?

    Thanks

its water that they spray onto it to "protect it" but all it does is add to the weight they charge

its along the same lines for chicken being injected with water and phosphates to bulk it up and charge you more. SA's law on bulking up of food isnt all that great

Ditto! No problems with me feeding Seafood Mix... I have been using Pick-n-Pay Seafood Mix for almost a year now... no problems at all!
