Hi all. I am sure we had this discussion before.
I am looking for milk filter socks, were can I find these?
I am in the Centurion region.
If I am not able to find it what else can I use to keep the filter floss in place at the 2x 40mm pipes from the tank to the sump?

Yea I understand they are a bit of work.
My argument is you spent time every day at the sump, I used rubber bands so they took about 1 or 2 minutes to change.

Thanx dallasx, how do you normally work? Can I just collect and pay you over the week end or how?

milk socks last max 24hrs depending on your tank, and i would make so they can easily slide off if the water pressure builds up.

i get the 300mm ones and cut a hole around 200mm as an emergency overflow

i will post the details here and u can order online from them
