Robin that is a wonderful tank. Makes me think about a new tank. Lets have a peek at your sump and all the goodies you have in there?

Tank is looking stunning. Wel Done Robin, gald to see everything has settled in from the move...

Here is Pic's of the sump when we had the GRC meeting there in April:

Psycho, please confirm if it has changed since then....

Thanks a lot guys, not much under the hood actually Rod, a very small skimmer for this size tank(IM 1000), its the same one i used on a 400litre system actually. I run carbon 24/7 about 700g and replace twice a month, the sand bed seen above has 3 4ft tubes and a whole lot of chaeto and pipe fish now and the large fairly empty sump tank has about 40 kenyan live rock to assist with overall filtration. Thanks a lot to Wessel for his time and patience!

Hi Robin You using activated carbon I see. I am scared to, because I dont trust the brand I can get. What are you using?

Aqua Medic pellets, really easy to rinse and i feel they dont clog up like others. BTW i have no business affiliation with AM but some of their products are great, lighting and pumps anyway.

Awesome Robin, real awesome. i'll prob come round with Andreas next week to see the tank. cant wait, been wanting to c this tank for ages. u got some serious growth on your corals. awesome
