I set my chiller up, and I have the the outflow coming into the DT, but the problem is that it is injecting millions of really small bubbles in, what could the problem be? Is it sucking air in?

Hi MagMan - the only 3 possibly reasons why your chiller would "give off" microbubbles into the display tank, are:
1) your supply pump you are using for your chiller, is sucking air somehow/somewhere
2) you have an "airleak" (however tiny) in the fittings of the chiller/plumbing
3) your outlet pipe is not deep enough into your display tank, and the amount of water coming out of the outlet pipe, is such a strong current, that it is "drawing in" air, by creating a tiny vortex around the outlet pipe.....

Thanks Jacques, I will try option 3 tonight, if it is option 2, do you think it is a problem with the chiller?
