    hi guys

    doing a diy MH

    will this MH ballast work if i connect it to a 150w flood light then ad a reeftek 20000k MH bulb 150W

    Thats just the ballast, you still need an ignitor and capacitor (A MH control gear normally consists of a ballast, capacitor and ignitor I think, all I know is that it isn't just a ballast). Might work though as that one says it has an ignitor built in.

    Nope...

    It just says that the ballast is designed to be used in a superimposed ignition mode - I would guess that it would still need an ignitor. Check the diagram on the ballast, it should show/tell you.
