    Hey guys,

Due to some monetary constraints, I have opted to get 3 halides over a period of 3 months.

It is 3 x 150w halides (2 venture, 1 blv) all 14000k. The ventures will be changed to blv in due time.

My question is this. Should I add all 3 halides to my system? I have a 1.5(l) x 500(h) x 450(w) tank, and am currently unsure if I shuld add all 3 halides. wouldn't it maybe be wiser to just put in 2 halides, and keep the other one for say a nano?

Or is more better? I'm getting the 1st one tomorrow, and need to make the holes in the canopy, but don't want to cut unnescessary holes, or place only 2 and then regret and have to change positions to add the 3rd...

What would the all knowing panel of the internet say?

I would go all 3 MH above the tank, should give you enough for SPS in the upper regions and the LPS lower down.
