Who else saw the Meteor over South Africa on Saturday evening at around 11???? Huge bright light (looked like daylight) that lasted for about 04 seconds. People I spoke to who also saw it, thought it was Armageddon....

The Mayan calendar runs out on the 21st December 2012, which is why they predict the end of the world on that date. The Mayans were an ancient civilisation that were great astronomers and mathematicians.

Point being "were" - end of the world in 2012, or did they run out of days before they were wiped out?

are we all going to go and release our livestock then on 20 dec 2012, we all go to vidal and let the live stock go, will be quite cool snorkling amongest the yellow tangs, imagine a shoal of 1000's.

I think you guys have been smoking nori and watching too many sci fi flicks. I do belive that maybe our generation is living in the end days, but look at it in a differant perspective.

    The 2012 movie was disappointing.

Try and get the documentary - Nostradamus 2012. It goes into detail about the predictions of Nostradamus, Mayan's and the Pyramids. Really scary stuff.
