Im not sure if this was discussed before,if so plz guide me to the thread.

What Iwant to know is what is the difference between feeding:
Krill Vs Plankton Vs Brine Vs Mysis.

Is it all just various types of food or are ther specific for certain fish?
    Is ther any nutritional value?
Do they all add PO4 to the tank regardless of the excess juices drained?
Who uses what meaty foods and how often?

Tagging - let's see if some of the really clever people can answer this. I too would like to have a "definitive" answer on this question ;)

I think variety is the key, in nature they will eat what is available or needed for their health (just like our cravings ie a craving for choclate = iron deficiency), thus they might swap between foods as needed

As for a definitive answer jb , I seriously doubt ANYONE will get you one (hell scientists cant even agree what is the "right" diet for humans, how will they get fish right ?)

I think it is important to make sure that whatever you feed has the right "ingredients" ie protiens, HUFA's, fibre , vitamins etc

    My smartypants answer

but more importantly, how much po4 does it really add into our tanks even after they are totally drained of excess liquids
