We have a mayor power outage today.It went out a 04 00 and my UPS has just failed no chiller or aircon at home,I fear the temps will shortly star climbing its a cool 45 C in the shade outside.I think I will put ice bags into the tank and two battery operated airstone and my 12v powerhead for ciculation.This is not normal here at all.

Power returned after 12 hours Exept for a few snails everything else survived,I managed to keep the water temp at +/-27 C the whole time with Ice bags by removing and adding them into the system to control the temp.After this incident I will add a genni to my house strong enough for aircons and chiller for my tank.
