Thought I would show you some of our stats for the month of May 2007.

Yeah, but was launched on the 5th

Best "local" thing that could have happened to this hobby IMO.

Hope this does not come across as overly negative, just an observation really:

There are currently something like 70 registered users "logged in" but only eight active threads in the last 8hrs on the front page. I guess many people have "remember me" ticked and then leave a window open so remain logged in...

Technical note: Leaving the window open does not make you remain logged in. For a user's session not to expire after a specified time there needs to be some activity (in the form of http requests ie. postbacks etc.).

Yes there may be 70 users logged on, but the reason there are only 8 active threads is possibly because all the other members are simply browsing, we do not force our members to make posts, they are welcome to simply read through the board I hope that makes sense to you.
