Marine friendly PVC bond.

    CAn anybody help me with a name?
    I want to stick my DIY overfolw together, but I can seem to get a PVC "gom" that fit the part of being marine friendly.
    Secondly, what bond did you use to bond your sump plumbing together.

    Does one even get a marine friendly pvc glue?

    I just use the stuff they sell at the hardware store

    I used bostik PVC weld and Tangit.
    both have worked for me. You need to allow atlest 8 hour for it to dry properly

    PVC weld is reef safe, as long as you allow it to dry completely. It basically just "dissolves" the pvc it touches, & then fuses with the surface to create a solid pvc bond between mating surfaces.
