This is a question to the pro's.

Last night while surfing the net (still doing my research on my tanksetup & fish) I found a compatibility chart at Aquarium Fish: Tropical Freshwater Fish and Saltwater Fish for Home Aquariums.

The thing is just that it's a picture and printing it make it all go pixily, so I redone it in Excel...

My question now is how trusty is the info on it? Can I "bet my life on it"

Any pro oppinion will be great!

Thats a very useful guide - thanks for taking the time to put it onto excel

I cannot comment on its accuracy, but it is something worthwhile having IMO

It looks good Giepie - BUT, I would ONLY take this as a guideline. I saw this "compatibility chart" my one of my VERY OLD marine books......

The reason why I say, to use this as a guideline, because a lot of this is "logical and just makes sense"......

    BUT, thanks for redoing it.....

I think that NEWBIES can definitely make use of this....

thanks jacquesb, I just want to make 1000% sure of everything I need to know before I even add water in the tank I inherrited from amalick.

The nano I have is very alive (a loty of copepods and worms on my LR) and all the tankamtes are happy with eachother...

Agree with Jaques, that is simply a guide, ultimately it boils down to the personality of the particular fish you have, how long you have this fish in your tank before adding the new fish,is the fish in your tank the boss, how big is your tank.Consider all of these before adding new fish.Just my 2c.
