It’s not everyday that a simple dea yields surprisingly useful results, and even less likely that it comes from the budget aquarium product suppliers. However, the magnetic FSZ60*zeovit reactor from Fish Street is exactly that, using two magnets in the base with the same poles facing each other gives this zeolite shaker a little bit of magnetic levitation.

The opposing magnets make the reaction area easier to lift and offers a little bounce and shake when it is lowered, hopefully shaking up those zeolites even more for maximum bacterial film removal and reduced nutrients in a zeovit style reef. The FSZ60 reactor from Fish Street has no price but man would it be easy to buy some sealed magnets and glue them into your own existing zeovit reactor.
