I will be running another competition this year with a lucky draw in January of next year (2017). All participants in this year’s surveys ( February, April, July and October 2016) will be entered in this draw and stand a chance to win the following prizes:

· First prize: Two uShaka Platinum Passes allowing free entry into Sea World and Wet 'n Wild for a whole year

· Second prize: A Sea World Meet a Dolphin experience for two people

· Third prize: A dinner for two at the Cargo Hold restaurant (subject to availability)

· Two consolation prizes: Two double tickets to uShaka Marine World (SeaWorld and Wet 'n Wild)

· Another two consolation prizes: Two double tickets to Dangerous Creatures

The current survey can be completed at ShellfishSurvey or at SurveyForCells for a phone friendly survey. This survey is about your shellfish collecting efforts from 1 October 2015 to 31 December 2015. If you held a valid East Coast rock lobster, KZN mussel, KZN oyster, mud crab or mollusc permit during this period, you can participate. Even if you made no outings during this time, please complete the survey, as it gives us important information about the usage of permits. If you also received this survey in the mail, please only complete one of the two surveys (mail or online) not both. You may only complete the questionnaire once per survey. Please complete your personal details in full and provide a phone number where you can be contacted between 11-31 January 2016 during office hours. Your information will remain confidential and is only used to calculate fishery statistics.
