Hi all fellow reefers,

We just had a VERY successful promotion on marines EXCLUSIVE TO our LOYAL CUSTOMERS.

Clearly we must reward our loyal clients MUCH MORE.

Therefore as of Monday there will be a system in place where we will monitor:
  1. How often a client support us
  2. Does the client shop :
  • EXCLUSIVELY with Pet Stop SA or
  • Mostly at Pet Stop SA but not always or
  • Only sometimes with us but mostly somewhere elseo_O
We will also keep record of amounts spent
BUT
This is not the important measurement.
Loyalty is in how much of YOUR BUDGET you spend with us not how big your budget is.
 
This program / system is on track!!

Remember to get your OWN UNIQUE number at the till when you shop.
THEN
In the future ensure they note your number EVERY-TIME you shop ;)

CATEGORIES:
  1. AMBASSADOR'S - Clients that spend over 80% AND bring their freinds to shop with us
  2. Loyal supporters - spending over 80% of their budget in Pet Stop
  3. Regular customers - spending over 60% of their budget in Pet Stop
  4. Non regular - Less than 60% but more than 40%
  5. Ad hock shoppers
  6. Special hunters - only visiting or buying when their is a open special they qualify for
Outlying guys - Talita has a separate system in place so you can also become LOYAL CUSTOMERS.

Over the following months our focus with specials and promotions will change to REWARD LOYALTY. Therefore later this year UP TO 50% of the featured Promotions will be limited to the 1st one or all of the top 3 categories and only about 10% will end up being open to everyone. The other 40% we will play with ;)
