Hi there everyone,

So, I have started my first nano tank. It is an Aquaria Magic Wave 37. Neat little tank.

Currently it is running with all the standard equipment, except for adding an extra fan to cool the water.

The built-in fan is really not good enough to counter the heat of the T5's in the hood.

The tank has cycled now for 7 weeks and the first coral and creatures are in.

I have transferred some rock with xenia from my larger tank, and a zoa frag, hammer and green leather.

I have added a peppermint shrimp and turbo snail yesterday.

The peppermint immediately found a bristle worm and devoured it! I have taken a video but cannot seem to upload the video from my phone. I made a screenshot from the video of this. Hope it is clear.

Here are some pictures of the setup so far.

Quick question, I added some purigen last night and within 30 minutes the xenia started shriveling up. The hammer, leather, zoas and shrimp looks just fine. I removed the xenias now and the purigen. Any ideas? It is purigen that has been cleaned in bleach and soaked in prime and RO for about 3 months. Same I use in my big tank.
