looking to build a new tank

hi all

I am looking to build a new tank over these coming holidays and I am looking to build a 1.2 meter tank with a 3 foot sump.
does anyone know where I can get a cheap tank from in the Pietermaritzburg or Durban area in a pet store or if anyone knows of someone selling their tank for less than R1000.00 because in the stores I have gone to so far a 3 foot costs R500 and a 4 foot or 1.2 meter tank costs about 1.5k which is a bit high for my liking!
