Looking for Lawnmower blennie and Brittle Stars

what kind of bristls the black ones with spikes or the ones with no spikes and black rings acrose them?

My 2 cents - i have the one with black spikes and they are reef safe and very good cleaners
 
i have 2 with rings on them and the love detritus

the other two i have is predators, please check before you buy.( green is predators and they have spikes with a ball ontop also predators)

Shan, you are correct, they are reef safe.

The only drawback with these stars, is you will never see them, if your reef is of any significant size
 
Hi abgg, the lawnmower blenny won't clean your sand, they only eat off the glass and rocks.
 
Agree with Viper. Good sand sifters would be, Jawfish.
 
I know most people don't like them cause they messy, but I love my boy, he keeps the substrate white.white. All I would suggest, is have loads of flow and then the substrate gets cleaned off the reef. :)
