Looking for combo rock

    Hi does anyone know of someone that does a combo rock with frags +-5 to 6 frags per rock,would like to get there details,thanx

    That rock will cost a few grand. Dont think you will find such pieces in SA except if someone makes tgem for you.

    I do not like those combo rocks. Especially with mushrooms. They tend to fight each other and I ended up with only one color left on the rock. all the others let go and tumbled around to find new spots to stay.

    But yes, they do look nice.

    Plus, some of them will overgrow the others rather quickly. In a nano where space is limited, its OK, well almost. But in a big tank, why not give each coral enough space to grow out and become a full colony in its own right?

    What Riaan said....in a few months your combo rock is a one species rock....

    Mushrooms and star polyps almost always over grow the rest.

    I like those combo rocks. They usually have quite nice zoas on them. And its cool for a smaller tank bwcause you can take the rock appart and use each species of coral or different colour zoas instead of buying huge pieces of boring green zoas
