one on the left looks like a plum anemone, Actinia eguina.They stay small about 20mm. Got a couple. Normally found them on low tide exposed rock.
Big one is a false plum anemone Pseudactinia flagellifera. Up to 100mm across. There sting is very potent. beware if you got a cut on your fingers when touching these.
