Hey Ben, believe me, I spent all of my free cash (budget) on extra Gennies for today. It is madness having the power of for a full 12 hours. If I have to loose livestock again because of this, I am packing up. Not going through the same drama again...
As well as the fridges/freezers etc that'll be off. Eish, nice new South Africa, plus the huge strike today, so none of my guys are coming in, and if they do not work, I do not get money

Thanks for offering... Does it come with free fuel?????

so how kak can it be!! Here I am at home, not working, gennies howling in my ears, wind perfect for fishing as well as fact that garricks are being caught daily, and I am too scared to leave home because of the tank... Kak man, real kak

Eish - shame man Sean - that's sounds HECTIC man..... Sorry to hear about this. At least you have Gennie's running at least...... Do you have enough fuel ;-)
I have a 1.1KW gennie - and I can run some of my lights (T5's) as well as my skimmers and pumps, INCLUDING my whole TV cabinet (so I can at least watch TV if the power goes out) for at least 8 hours on one tank of fuel...... (+-15 litres)....
