I have a 12g jbj nano cube.
I have: 2x Occelaris clowns
1x Frogspawn
1x Other coral (not sure of the name; long tentacles and feathery tips)

What other livestock can I still put in (especially that can eat hair algae)?
I know that snails are good for eating algae. How many can I put in there?

Trocus, Turbo and Astraea snails together with Hermit crabs eat hair algae. You can keep 5-10 of each in a nano as a clean up crew. Surgeon Rabbit and Angel fish also eat it by they are not suitable for a nano due to the size. If you can lay your hands on a Diadema or Tuxedo urchin it will do the job for you as well.

Suncoral: I only kept 5 snails (diff types) and 3 dwarf hermit crabs in my 24G nano. so i'd start out small and add extra if needed, rather that than add too many and have some of them starve.

hermits and a rock skipper blenny will chow algea

I hate it when they work in gallons as you never know if it is US or Imperial. I presume they are talking in US.

I would assume so Alfie as Nano-Reef.com is predominantly a US site.

I saw a small regal tang of about 2cm in a shop once.
Will one of that size have enough space in my nano?
12gallons are about 45litres.

suncoral: no. Even if the regal is ok in there for a month or two, why would you only want it for such a short period of time before he outgrows your tank.

DONT buy a fish unless you can house it fully grown! :)

Will it still grow bigger if it is in such a small tank?

Can SPS corals be kept in this tank? Are the lights strong enough?

What lighting do you have at present?

If you look at the link Viper posted you can have 6-12 snails and 3-4 Hermits in your nano as a clean up crew.

The website's exact words: "includes 2 24 watt CF lamps with a durable remote electronic ballast. Offered with our powerful 50/50 lamps for marine tanks and 6500K daylight for planted tanks."

With 24w lights I would not attempt to keep SPS. They need strong light and strong flow. You should however be able to keep softies and some LPS.

First go with softies until you are comfortable of maintaining good water parameters before attempting the LPS.
