so my live rock have been curing now for almost a month..

but i read now that i must not put any substrate in my tank wile curing the rock.
but i have substrate in my thank this a problem or will this help the curing process?

and there are critters growing in one of the rocks. are these critters bad or are they good?

if they are bad how do i get rid of them?.

A very warm belated welcome from me, Iggy.

Please can you elaborate on why you should not place substrate in the tank, while curing the rock? You should have placed the substrate in the tank already, when you started and added the live rock. Right in the beginning.

The critters living on the live rock is mostly very good to have.

Have a search for "live rock hitchhikers".....

This should not cause a problem having your substrate in when your liverock is curing...
