A week ago I changed my main 150wMH lightbulb from a 10k to a new 20k. The fish look great in the more blue tank, but all corals have been closed ( except for the open brains at the bottom of the tank) since. It's been a week now I would have thought the corals would have adjusted by now?

I am supplimenting with T5's too.

Any ideas? Should I be changing light cycles or moving corals away from direct exposure to the new coloured light?

Hey Easy...

The 20K bulbs offer less lumens (intensity) for your corals. So dont move the corals 'away' from the light.

What T5's are you supplementing with? If I were you I would run a few 10k bulbs to supplement.

Good luck
