Light shock

    Just bought two new halides BLV 14000k bulbs would like some input on how to introduce my corals , mostly softies, to the new lights.
    will be taking out my current bulbs and putting the new ones in soon.

    Raise your lights by 30cm or more, keep the photoperiod the same and lower the lights by about 5cm a week till they are where you want them.

    Thanks will have to modify my lid but wont be a problem
