Wow now thats a build!

May i ask why so big on the sump room? All looks external, whats going in the tanks, LR?

Thanks, cant wait to see it stocked... Thats build of 2011

The aim for this system is to be automated in such a way that the client can go away for months at a time without worrying about the system.

Fully automated water change system, top-up, feeding, lighting, etc and then a SMS unit (For the What if??)

Alot of work and this is where we are right now.:)
The inside of the filtration room. Fully Automated using Profilux to the extreme!!

Dewald, can you please explain what each of the tanks from top to bottom will be used for? What is the dimensions of the 3 tanks?

Top Tank is used for mostly live rock and water change purposes. A complete 500L water change can be performed without shutting down the tank or filtration. So the top tank can work in isolation and together with the tank.

The middle tank will be used for micro algeas like Cheato ect. hense the light unit with Geisemann Midday's.

The bottom tank cater for the return water from the sump and return pump back. It also boasts with a 2.2 meter DSB.

Top and middle tanks: 2400mm x 700mm x 400mm

Bottom Sump: 2800mm x 800mm x 500mm

fatastic to have all that space for filtration and it looks like a great project.
