LED's - where to buy?

The post office is striking and closed so no purchases are possible from overseas. Where can one get 3W led's locally?

Seen some on bidorbuy but not the greatest. I know mantech sells the meanwell drivers...

Well they must be decent as they comply to the RoHS quality and safety standards.

The luminous flux also don't look to bad.

Me and @Express Reef have bought by them before, good services with great products.
