LED

    Not a new Q, most probs been answered before:p Are 21W LEDS any good?

    I have about 30 0dd LEDS combined with 2x 20w t5s, and would like to know if the leds are worth the space.

    I have loads of LED strips!;) If they are any good I would like to remove the t5s and replace with about 100 LEDS.

    Any advice from peeps that use LEDS would be appreciated.

    Ok! Just read that led strips are no good?

    The LEDS I have are on a roll of 30m, it does not stipulate weather it is 21W per LED or 21W per meter.

    Has anybody tried these?

    its definitely not 21w per led, so probably 21w per meter. those led's are usually less than 1w each

    I have used the royal blue led strips in my first tank (almost 4 years ago) as moonlights but they arent any good for growing corals...
