LED Power supply needed urgent

I need a power supply as per picture attached.

Tank has been without light for 3 weeks and things are starting to not look good.

Lights were bought from reef aquatics in cape town and they cant help.

Hard to say without a pic, at 34VDC sounds like you're looking for a Mean Well power supply. Try PHD Powerhouse, Communica or Rabtron. They might be able to help.
