I didn't get to dive this weekend as I thought that after all the rain the water would be manky. Went out to windsurf at Cintsa on Sunday though, and really regretted not bringing my snorkeling gear. The water was clean, warmish and full of blue bottles and jellyfish. This says "Moz current" to me.

Anyone see anything? I think that things are going to start happening soon....

surfed out ciskei coast way, water was crystal clear. rivers were suspect though a little brown given the recent rains and no clue what state they are inin terms of sewage etc etc.. but at face value even gonubie was crystals..

No doubt we were spoilt. Must be the upside of global warming. I meant that we didn't, or should i say, i didn't see a variety of flies in proportion to the general diversity of fish that came out last season.

Ps. Don't forget Les's pinecone fish. Now that was probably the most unusual catch that i've heard of.
