The new eco runners from aqua medic are machine!!!! A bit more expensivebut the wattage is very law and will probably pay for itself in a year same principal as the new LED lights!

    2 * Water Blaster HW7000 or HW5000
Bit expensive, but also low on wattage consumption.

Eco Runner 9000 is a good pump, at 95W its almost 10w per 1000L water delivered.

Water Blaster HW5000 is 65W, so technically the Eco Runner is the better deal.

Idol Marine do stock Aqua Medic products. Not sure who else.

any ideas on costs on the beasts, happy to go 2nd hand but dont think many people upgrade their return if running a 10 000 lt pump

Only can find a sus sun return pump at LFS in Bloem

the 12000 is a beast, but at 150W , I rather would go for 2 * 6000 pumps. Being in Bloemfontein, when one stops working you at least got another running.

Doubt if any shops in Bloem will have them. Phone up Idol Marine, I know they stock Aqua Medic products. Not sure who else does. Maybe somebody else can help with another name.

I have 6000 on the return at the moment and a 4000 through the chiller then 2x 1200 one on each reactor ,
The 1200 are to small i now know as the movment with the pellets is very little so my thought was to up the tank return to 10 000 and use the 6000 run both reactors??

    will this work

longer reaction time with the pellets increases their effectiveness! Same like the queuing isle at woolworths! The longer you check those sweets tohe more chance you take one:thumbup:
