Toooo all the best reefers on this beautifull planet.
I'm not happy at all, but this issue sticks in my mind and sometimes i would like to express myself but the words don't come right, because i'm Afrikaans speaking. The MODS state that there is alot of international people that is part of our forum and that they must stick to English because they wouldn't anderstand. Goeie genade this is OUR forum MASA.Why must we always translate. I've been at tooooooo many reefers homes and they speak my language, thank you soooo much.
    ;);););););)
You can Axe me i dont'nt mind, I'M a happy reefer just my 1.200000K

Yo mandarin, dont get tooo worried, there is a lot of Afrikaans going around..just look at the post..k@k comes up quite often.

I hear what the mods are saying though (no need for caps BTW)...lets make it easy for everyone . If you feel like taking a convo up in Afrikaans, PM would be cool. A lot of stuff / info / terms are unfortunately still only available in English........

    BTW I am Afrikaans...so souties ....oppas :)

I think the policy is aimed at excluding as few people as possible. I know its difficult avoiding a first language - but you are clearly perfectly fluent in english. If someone where to post a thread in afrikaans I would probably only be able understand a few words...

I'm from Holland (living in South Africa), so reading Afrikaans is no problem and also German I can read :p

I agree that i would be hard to express yourself and the tone of the conversation may be taken up wrong in some instances whitch may cause friction.

I think that thread starting questions could be in english for all to read and corispondince could be in english or afrikaans if the responder feels that way inclined ?

I can understand afrikaans fluently ,but read it less , so i myself would not read a full afrikaans thread if i had a choice.

    Just a thourght.

Што е поентата на постоење на еден форум со еден куп членови да ги споделат информации и да комуницираат со други хобисти ако само мал дел од луѓето може да ви е јасно?

Rory, your russian is so bad, even the google translator can not translate half of that.

What about Eden forum and Jaco?

It's croatian, isn't it? Now I can agree with the written above.
