Not to burst your bubble or anything, but 2 of the LFS I use also do water tests for all parameters you stated at no cost.

Given they don't have your email idea, witch is a very nice idea.

    Good Luck with the shop!!!!

Thrive Unit is a automated testing station that you can buy to test water parameters.

It analyses all the parameters and give you feed back.

Aurora abviously they will charge you, no business makes money if they don't charge customer something.

If they using Hanna Meters or Even Redsea Kits nothing is free

If you don't want to pay someone do it yourself.

mmmm looking at this i have to wonder...perhaps have the kit first then advertise..that way it will safe you some embarressment not being able to answer what method of testing will you use. At R50-00 per test it surely has to be more than a regular test kit we keep as hobbyists.. Is it R50-00 per test of each element or R50-00 for a complete test with all the elements???

I don't see what the big issue is here. I have recently had water tests done at one of the other sponsors and they use the same test kits that we use and also charge R50 a test. For testing of the not so common parameters such as ammonia and nitrite when a new tank is setup it makes sense to just pay for the single tests instead of paying R200 per test kit.
