where should this be? 2nd to last chamber?

The last chamber is fine to place all bagged additives in.
by bagged, do you mean carbon ect?
if so then they are all ready placed in the last chamber, the PO4 and carbon reactor.

DIY carbon and phosphate reactors
4x 24W t5's(2ft t5's are 24W i think, correct me if im wrong)
4x t5 reflectors
150w jager ehim heater
40kg reggies play sand, for dsb and main tank.
20kgs fiji live rock
maybe an auto top up unit later on.
any one got anything to add?
sump is a std 3ft, main display std 3ft. sorry my drawing was not to scale.

Can get away with a carbon and phosphate reactor and just chuck the media in a stocking.
could do that but i have lots of spare bits over here that could easily make one, but if it doesnt work then a stocking will do.

Add a top-up compartment running the entire length of the sump, if you get your sizes right it should hold 100L of RO
if it 3ft, your DSB is going be very small, unless you have a small skimmer and reactors
ts1 is small, the reactors could be external and hang on the back i guess.
what about a dsb in the diplay and sump?
that will work nicely, it will give you an extra 100-1500mm width in your DSB.
That is always an option, huge amounts of natural filtration then, remember DSB needs to 100-150mm deep.
