can i run the intake from my flow box
to to the korallin and the outake to the sump

Is the flow box the area where your water first reaches the sump before been skimmed?
Its where the water is taken out of the tank to go to the sump and then skimmed in the sump

If it was me, i will feed the denitrator with a pump placed in the last/return chamber of the sump. This is where all the chemical filteration takes place.
would a top up pump be ok to feed the korallin with? ane can i put the korallin in my sump ?

Yes, you can place it in your sump. A top up pump should be fine to feed the denitrator as the water that comes out basically just drips outs.
