The tank is too small for either imo. You might however get away with a small yellow for a while. What are your tank dimension

Tangs get big!!!! they will eventually fight so much that there will be a fish that will get hurt. Start with 1 small tang, and be prepared to sell or swop it when ut gets to big. That's what I do.

With reference to my post, I meant to say uou can get away with a kole tang for a while. A yellow gets to 20cm and a kole about 14cm.

A yellow tang is a slow grower so I would say those 2 tangs are fine in your tank.. We had a yellow tang for about a year and its size maybe changed by 5MM.. But its always a hit or miss.. There's only two thing that could happen.. 1 the could live peacefully together or option 2 is that one would be killed or dominated over..
