    Hi, thanks!

No, my Bicolor don't nip anything... all the fishes eat (2 time per day) a lot of food: 3 frozen artemia cubes, 4 frozen food cubes, different pelletes, float flakes, etc.
I don't care about corals in this tank, my principal interest is the fishes :).

    Hello and Welcome Koala

    Nice size tank.

I thought the mediteranean waters would be cold water. OK, maybe around Egypt and Libia is warmer.

Hmm, what can i say? ;)

    - winter, mediteraneean waters have 10-12 degree Celsius...
    - in the summer time, the water temperature is 25-30 degree.

I have anemones, clams, snails, hermits and shrimps from there and everything is ok with all the things.

    Look at the fauna:

Been in Genova Italy years ago. And I did stick my hand into the water. And it was cold, like the waters in Cape Town. It was early spring (Northern hemisphere).

Anyway, nice tank, and I do like those Palaemon shrimps

In January 2014, we decided to redo everything from the beginning ... filtration, lighting, pumps, BeanAnimal system, background etc.

This is the story ... is called, simply, "The Return".

The tank is 145 gallons (200x50x55 cm). It's my old aquarium (2008), 12 mm (1/2") thick glass.

My sump (40 gallons) consists of three pools connected to each other:
    - Skimmer chamber,
    - The long channel (matrix)
    - Circulation pump room

    Enjoy the pictures!

    you were very busy.

I do like the background. But does it provide enough hiding places for fish?
