Kevin Kohen, MASNA Hobbyist of the Year, Mr. LiveAquaria himself is a proficient livestock manager as well as a rare fish afficionado. Of the many ways that Kevin enjoys reef fish and shares that passion with all of us is through world class aquarium photography, a skill which he has been demonstrating quite a bit as of late.

As if the LiveAquaria director needed any reason to flex his camera muscle, there’s been quite a flurry of incredible and photogenic rare reef fish passing through his own personal tanks lately. So not only is Kevin Kohen taking and creating some really artful photographs, his subjects are of the highest quality and health, living in reef aquarium paradises and being pictured within the most flattering aquascape scenery.

Here is but a small sampling of Kevin’s more recent fishy photo masterpieces but be sure to head over to the official*Kevin Kohen*website to see more of his work now, and yet to be published.

Not bad, concidering he uses the best lenses and cameras, whereas us masa dudes only use cellphones and average cameras for fish pics...lol

Those are good images but they are hyping it a bit too much. I personally think that people like MichealB and LuckyFish have better images.
