Just to keep everyone up to date with my last liverock post:

I spoke to our supplier a few days ago , the ban is still on , but there are talks on allowing 3 of the importers a maximim limit of 500 kgs each per month.

So a total of 1500 kgs might be allowed to be "harvested" if talks are succesfull with there nature conservation., but this is just hearsay at the moment.

Our supplier is now soursing mozambique rock to fill the gap for the meantime.

Do a search for live rock on alibaba.com. There are some guys in Ghana that export it.

Its got nice staligmights all over flat slabs , but not too light and takes forever to get coraline algea.

Ive had a few pieces from about a year ago and its nice to place small corals on and holds them nicely - but no , not teribly nice for me.
