Yes yes I have filter floss, but i love the stuff, its pulls out a lot of detritus floating about, change about twice a week

Very nice, no problem with filter floss if changed regularly, no chance to go biological.That is one very nice elegance you got there.

Well its seems to be doing its thing, my alkalinity is raising slightly(may be other factors) but my nitrates are zero
