Firstly what sort of corals do you have in your tank?
A Kalk stirrer is great if your calcium demands are high, downside is too much and you PH levels can spike quite easily.
The cheapest way is just to mix up a level teaspoon of kalk in a 2l bottle with RO water, shake it up, let it settle then drip (slowly) the clear solution into your tank.

for a tank that size it is esier just to use a two part KH and cal supplement, If that is what you are wanting to do.

A stirrer isnt really necessary untill you have alot of corraline algae, lps and sps. You can easily keep softies happy with manual dosing.

Dosing pumps are optional and nice to have

With all due respect, i highly recommend you take a step back, stop dosing anything and start a tank thread and carry on asking questions.
