really nice to ahve you join. a 125l tank is quite small but still lots u can do with it. A sump makes life and the water quality far easier in marines, and regretably many bath water tanks are not marine ready. If yours doesnt have an over flow then I would certainly suugest finding a way to either drill the tank and put in a water flow, or else use a siphon system down to the sump and skimmer to the return and back up to the tank.

there is lots to learn about marines and in the beginning it might all sound a little complicated and daunting, but dont worry, just read through the forum and ask us any question (even if it sounds silly to you....the only stupid question is the one you didnt ask!) and we will do all we can to help you along:)

we have a couple of memebers in the UK./

    welcome and happy postings

Welcome to MASA Smiffy and family, glad you joined us. Marines are much better than bathwater, but also more difficult to keep sometimes. Please read the link in my signature for some great info on how to start your first marine tank.
Keep us updated on your plans and happy reading ;)
